The e-Clinical Agency takes a disciplined, step-by-step approach to analyzing the specifics of every clinical trial, and the development of our recommendations.

• The sponsor issues the e-Clinical Agency an engagement letter to secure all vendor proposals for a specific clinical trial.
• We request proposals from our vendor partners for the specific use cases, including contracts and timelines for delivery.
• We provide our clients with a detailed executive summary including the proposals from the selected vendors.
• Once the contracts for all e-Clinical systems are executed by our client directly with the selected vendor, we will act as the client advocate during the e-Clinical system development, UAT and deployment.  
• During the course of the study, the e-Clinical Agency will provide a quarterly analysis to ensure the intended goals are being met.
