Developing a RACI

Lack of communication, or miscommunication, is frequently the cause of problems within companies, and/or between companies and their partners and vendors. It can result in confusion, lost time, budget overruns and much more.

The e-Clinical Agency can help. We’ll review and assess your current communications plans and processes, to find gaps and areas of concern. We work with stakeholders to develop a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consult and Inform) table, which is used to create a workflow diagram for all relevant, study-related communications.

This RACI is reviewed and revised by key stakeholders to ensure that it is optimized and appropriate, and then implemented, removing delays, confusion and lost time and money.
